We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to supervise whole class lessons during the short-term absence of teaching staff. The Cover Supervisor will deliver prepared lessons, ensuring that pupils are on task and that the Academy’s high standards of behaviour are maintained.
The ideal candidate will:
be able to motivate and inspire pupils;
be keen to learn and develop their skills;
be committed to creating an environment where students feel safe, sanctions are applied fairly and positive contributions are recognised and rewarded.
You will have previous experience of classroom management and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
